The Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing (CRISP) operates a high-tech satellite ground station at the National University of Singapore. The Centre tracks, receives and processes data from remote sensing satellites and conducts active research programmes on optical, infrared and microwave remote sensing.

1. ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST

The successful candidate will conduct R&D in remote sensing and will be expected to participate actively in remote sensing technology development and application projects. He/She will work with advanced image processing software and equipment.

Requirements :

• Good Honours Degree in Science, Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Experience and skill in scientific and engineering computing
• Some experience in remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) will be an advantage
• Ability to develop and implement data/image processing algorithms
