A reduced resolution SPOT quicklook image covering about 60km by 60km just East of Broome, West Australia Note the smoke plumes from the fires at the left and top edge of the image.
The horizontal black band is due to loss lines during data acquitision

This image is about half a scene to the left (west) of the image above The scar area cause by the fire has increased. Smoke plumes is still visible in the left and top edge of the image.
