Luzon, Philippines After Typhoon Ondoy / Ketsana
Typhoon Ketsana struck Philippines on 26 Sep, causing one of the worst flooding in 40 years. The image on 30 Sep shows an area in Luzon which is suspected to be affected by flood waters.
